Grasshopper New Media Presents...

There haven’t been any posts here for the past couple of weeks for a couple of reasons. Besides getting ready for the whole Holiday Thing (everything that’s involved with preparing for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s celebrations) (I just got a picture in my mind of a furry monster called the Holiday Thing ), we also had a sudden, unexpected - but happy - move.

On top of that, a recent blizzard has slowed things WAY down for us - even four days after we still got stuck in the snow on our street today, and that was after the tractor spent hours working on it. :mad:

So we’re busy unpacking stuff and figuring out where to place it in our new house, and at the same time trying to figure out where we put all the wrapping paper and other wrapping supplies and tools. Yes, even on Christmas Eve.

Sooooooo, I just wanted to take a second to let anybody who might be stopping by Great Family Gadgets know that I have lots of posts in store after the holidays, and some really cool Real-life Reviews coming up, too. I’ve also contacted a few people (whom I really respect and enjoy their writing) about writing for GFG, and I’m really excited about having some other voices here. I’m also so hoping Santa is bringing me a digital video camera so that my plans for vlogging can come to fruition in January.

I am looking forward to a wonderful 2007, and I hope you’re there to share it with me!
